The first annual dinner for the new CISI Cotswolds branch was held at the Greenway Hotel, Cheltenham on 30 November 2017
Paul Etheridge CFPTM Chartered FCSI (Hon), known as the ‘grandfather of financial planning’, was present with his wife, and Chris Morris and Jacqueline Lockie CFPTM Chartered FCSI were there to represent the CISI.
The hotel was “decked out beautifully for the Christmas season", said CISI Cotswolds president Diane Weitz CFPTM Chartered MCSI.
Forty guests contributed over £450 excluding gift aid to the Gloucester & District Citizen's Advice Bureau, which is a local charity providing advisory services to residents of Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and Cheltenham, and improving the policies and procedures that affect people's lives.
The sponsors for this event were: First Trust Global Portfolios, Janus Henderson, and Aberdeen Standard, without whom it would not have been possible. If you would like to support future dinners, please contact nikki.macmillan@cisi.org.
