The CISI’s Isle of Man branch got a major local fundraising project off to a good start at its annual dinner
A collection at the event raised £1,271 for the appeal to build a £420,000 sports complex in Ramsey in memory of popular former resident Jan McElroy, who died last year aged 37 following illness.
The dinner, at Mount Murray Hotel & Country Club, Santon, was attended by over 150 guests. They included Laurence Skelly MHK, Minister for Economic Development, Isle of Man Government. Entertainment was provided by stand-up comic Prince Abdi.
M&G Investments and The Socially Responsible Investment Fund PCC plc sponsored the event.
