Signing in

To sign in to the MyCISI app, use your CISI website login details. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

To sign out of the MyCISI App: Tap More on the menu and scroll down and tap Sign out.

Updating

We encourage you to always use the latest version of the MyCISI app. Latest versions contain the newest features and bug fixes.

If you do not have auto update enabled on your device you can update manually by visiting your app store, searching for MyCISI and tap on update.

Yes! Any CISI CPD you undertake while using the app is automatically logged to your CPD record.
Yes! All CPD is saved to your CISI CPD record, regardless of whether you use the app or CISI website.
Unfortunately, the app does not support offline content at this time. However, we are always looking to bring new features to the app so please watch this space.
Dark mode is linked to your device’s settings.

Yes! You can use the app to access CPD resources that may aid your studies during your student membership.
The MyCISI app is a membership benefit created for CISI members.
If you are interested in becoming a CISI member, visit our website to find out more about our membership offering.
To filter CISI TV videos by subject or language, tap the Filter icon on the top right of your screen.
To search for a video on CISI TV, tap the Filter icon on the top right of your screen and enter your search query.
